During meeting No 83 held on December 20, 1993 the then Managing Director NESPAK informed the Board of Director’s that one of NESPAK’s biggest handicaps was to have to retire some of their very experienced consultants at the age of superannuation, at a time when they are at a peak of knowledge and experience
The Board agreed that this was a major problem and suggested that NESPAK study the formation of NESPAK Foundation, on the lines of Fauji, PTC, Shaheen etc. Foundations to accommodate such talent.
NESPAK Foundation is a non-governmental organization which was established in 1995. The primary objective of the Foundation is to utilize its funds for the various grants and welfare activities for the serving/retired employees of NESPAK. The scale of such benefits is determined by the Board of Governors of the Foundation from time to time.
